Controller Models and Specs  :

  • 36V 12A ; 36V 15A and 36V 25A   => 9 pcs Mosfets

  • 48V 50A  ==> 12 pcs Mosfets

  • 72V 40A ~ 50A ~ 60A and 96V 45A ==> 18 pcs Mosfets

  • 96V 90A  ==> 24 pcs Mosfets

Remarks :

  • Cut off voltage setting  : 24V at 19V ; 36V at 30A; 48V at 40V and 72V at 60V  

  • Program controller available

  • Mosfets irfb4310 x 12pcs   ;  48A Controller with irfb4110 Mosfets ; 96V Controller with irfb 4115 Mosfets

  • + Increase Voltage ( V ) => Will increase the motor speed

  • + Increase Current ( A ) =>  Will  increase the motor torque

  • The high current controller  72V 50A / 60A / 80A / 90A and 96V 45A and 90A design for The Crown and 5403 motor ( X5 Motor )

  Regulators

* Battery indicator throttle with 24V or 36V or 48V optional

Throttle without battery indicator :

Electric Break ; On Off Switch ; 3 Speed Switch and PAS Sensor

** Electric brake cut off switch : It is for stopping the motor's power supply. It is also very useful for safety request.

** 3 speed adjustment : It use to adjust the motor's output current with 25% , 50% and 100% output.  In order to set the motor speed whether on-road

and off-road.  

# L = Lower speed ; M = Middle speed ; H = High speed      

# Specs may change based on their different setting.

 

** On & Off switch : It is use for electric regen breaking switch or electric horn switch.

  Cruise Control
