Overheat is common among electric and even traditional motorized bikes. If an electric bike's motor gets too hot and shuts off, it's likely due to overheating. Overheating usually happens when the e-bike's motor, such as during steep hill climbs, turns the engine off.

So, how can you prevent overheating and extend the life of your hub motor? One of the most straightforward steps is to avoid overworking your bike. This means not pushing it too hard on steep hills or under heavy loads. However, these suggestions could be more practical in practical applications. We can only get off and push the electric bicycle uphill once it goes downhill.
